As our Global E-Commerce Director, you’ll have clear opinions and valuable insights on everything related to online sales. This includes (but isn’t limited to!) the effectiveness of our media spend, website conversion, content creation, brand store integration, and even our bike names. On a day-to-day level, you’ll manage performance marketing and web development functions, ensuring that both can scale to match our business objectives. We want to lead the way in e-commerce, you’ll be directly responsible for the integration, innovation, recruitment, and raw hustle needed to make this happen.
